The Problem

HUS developed a modular building using glulam technology. This resulted in a building that can be craned onto site. The client required a speedy solution and did not want to ruin his garden with unsightly concrete foundations in the event he sold his modular building.

The Solution

With our foundation screw technology we installed the foundation in less than 2 hours without the need for a skip.

In addition our foundation screws can be removed once the building is sold on. The foundation screws are environmentally friendly and cause no damage to the garden.
